One Month's Rent due on presentation of signed lease
Plan 1:
We handle the entire leasing process.
We:
-list the property on our web site.
-we put up yard sign(s).
-field phone calls.
-we take photos and create promotional flyers.
-we show the property.
-we screen potential tenants.
-we fill out the lease and accept deposits.
-we deliver a signed lease to you.
Fee: One month’s rent due upon lease execution
Plan Two:
We promote the property.
We:
-place the information provided by you on our website. Information to be provided shall include photos, property descriptions, etc.
-field calls and inquiries and direct them to you or your property management company.
-create a flyer that can be downloaded by prospect.
Fee: $35 for a 30 day listing
Easy Automatic billing is set up through PayPal
Plan Three:
Combination of Plan one and Plan two.
-You can lease the property yourself without incurring a fee from us.
-We will place the information on your property on our website and if we find an acceptable tenant for it, we will then be entitled to a fee.
Fee: $35 per 30 day period or one month’s rent if we produce an fully executed lease.
