Lawrence-Arendall-Humphries Real Estate, Inc. was formed in the spring of 1992 by three businessmen who made a commitment to form a different sort of real estate company. These three men Jim Lawrence, Keith Arendall, and Maurice Humphries felt that Birmingham, Alabama did not need just another real estate company, but it did need an unusual kind of real estate company.

Our focus is more on the quality approach instead of the quantity approach to marketing and selling.  Our growth goal is to remain medium sized, because we are not convinced that big is always better. Only with all the facts can you make a wise decision. We will not tell you what we think you want to hear, but instead will tell you what you must hear. We want you to trust us.
