MAURICE HUMPHRIES - After spending his childhood years in Athens, Georgia and swimming on an athletic scholarship for the University of Georgia, the secretary/treasurer of LAH entered the Birmingham real estate market in 1977. Maurice’s real estate experience covers a wide range of activity from land development through building construction, leasing and property management. He genuinely loves every aspect of commercial real estate. Maurice and his wife, Marian, enjoy traveling together and spoiling their first grandchild, Sophia Grace.
